PRIVACY / TAKEROOM

Privacy, in plain words.

What this review room stores, why it is needed, and who can access it.

01

What you share

We store your account name, email address, a password hash, and account access details. Your workspace can contain uploaded videos, thumbnails, attached transcripts, editing direction, comments, review decisions, playback preferences, invitations, and a history of changes. Your password is not stored as readable text.

02

Why it is stored

This information lets us sign you in, keep workspaces separate, play private footage, save your reviews, support collaboration, apply storage limits, and investigate problems or misuse. This version does not send marketing email or load advertising or analytics SDKs.

03

Who can see your work

People with access to your workspace can see its shared footage and reviews. Owners manage membership; editors can make changes; viewers have read-only access to shared content. A video address alone does not grant access. Service administrators may access records where needed to operate the service, investigate an issue, or handle an authorized request.

04

Hosting and processing

The service uses Hostinger to host the application, database, and private media files. Hostinger may also process technical request information, infrastructure logs, and backups. Its privacy policy describes its processing. When cloud exports are connected and you start an export or rendered preview, Trigger.dev processes the selected source videos, associated captions, and editing instructions to produce that file. Job-specific authorization limits access to that export's sources and output. Trigger may retain job metadata and operational logs under its privacy policy. Editing drafts and rendered exports are stored with your workspace. The app does not currently send uploads to an automatic transcription service or use them to train AI models.

05

How long information stays

Workspace content stays available until it is removed through an authorized request. Trash is recoverable and retains the video and its review data. Expired invitations and session records, review history, and operational records may remain until administrative cleanup. Hosting backups and security records can have a separate retention period; we will explain relevant limits when handling a deletion request.

06

Your choices and requests

You can change review content according to your role, export the work queue, and move footage to recoverable Trash. For access, correction, account closure, or permanent deletion requests, contact info@rewireindia.co from your registered email address. Include the workspace and the information concerned. Do not send your password.
